Withdrawals can be requested to any payment method you have previously used to deposit, subject to verification. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within approximately 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Raast transfers take one to two hours. Bank transfers take two to six hours.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, 99sb will ask you to verify your identity. This normally involves submitting a copy of your CNIC or passport. Verification usually completes within a few hours. This is a one-time process — once verified, subsequent withdrawals do not require repeat document submission unless your details change.
We reserve the right to delay a withdrawal request if fraud indicators are present or if additional verification is required. We will notify you promptly in such cases.
All bets placed on the 99sb sportsbook are subject to these general rules and any sport-specific rules applicable to the market selected. Cricket, PSL, football, Esports and other sports each have their own settlement rules which are documented in the platform.
Bets are confirmed and binding once accepted by the system. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. If live in-play odds shift between you tapping "place" and the bet being processed, you will be shown the current price before confirmation is finalised.
Attempting to exploit pricing errors, arbitrage positions or any form of systematic advantage to the detriment of the platform may result in bet voiding and account review.

Bonus abuse — including registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using technical exploits to generate bonus turnover, or coordinating with other accounts — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
The 99sb VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on accumulated bet volume over a rolling period as defined in the VIP programme documentation. Moving up a tier happens automatically when your qualifying bet volume reaches the threshold.
VIP cashback is calculated on net losses within the qualifying period and credited as real PKR balance. The cashback percentage applicable to your current tier is set out on the VIP page. 99sb reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, cashback rates and benefits with thirty days' notice to existing VIP members.
Tier downgrade may occur if qualifying bet volume falls below the maintenance threshold in a given review period. You will be notified before a downgrade takes effect.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99sb. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement in cases involving suspected fraud or financial crime. Account balances may be frozen pending investigation in such cases.

We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime, technical faults outside our control, delayed bet settlement due to third-party data feed issues or any indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have deposited in PKR less any amounts already withdrawn. We are not liable for any loss of profit, indirect loss or consequential loss of any kind.
